User Agreement

By downloading or using Neon Bricks, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the App

You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
❌ Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
❌ Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
❌ Use automated systems to access or interact with the app

2. In-App Purchases

Purchases via Google Play Billing are final and handled by Google.
We do not provide refunds or store payment information.

3. Advertisements

The app displays ads via Google AdMob.
Ad personalization is subject to Google’s policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, and assets belong to Neon Bricks Dev and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
🔹 You may NOT copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use app assets without written permission.
🔹 You may share screenshots or gameplay videos for personal use only.

5. User Accounts & Cloud Saving

The app uses Firebase Authentication and Realtime Database to:
🔹 Save your progress, currency, and owned items securely in the cloud
🔹 Identify you anonymously with a unique user ID
❌ We do NOT collect real names, email addresses, or sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties. Neon Bricks Dev is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app.
Neon Bricks Dev is a registered trade name and currently has no liability insurance due to zero revenue.
By installing and using the app, you accept that Neon Bricks Dev cannot be held personally liable for any claims or damages.

8. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
